In 2021, 75 Members (and counting) found employment with the help of the CLC Centres in Lach Klan, and Prince Rupert Employment Services.
In the Haisla territory, Gitxaała Members are employed at Bird Construction, Sodexo, Dexterra, Fluor, Integral, and Atco.
In Prince Rupert, members are employed at Safeway, ILWU, Quickload Logistics, Industrial Scaffokling Services, End Tire, MacKenzie Furniture, Coastal Fish, Ray-Mont Logistics, Wainwright Marine, Bandstra, Coast Guard, Ridley Terminals, and Kiewit.
