BC Hydro has released a notice via Electronic Mail on Tuesday, June 18th, 2024.
Hydro is informing us of a planned 2-day outage for the Kitkatla Area on each of the following days.
- Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024 – 8AM to 5PM
- Thursday, July 4th, 2024 – 8AM to 5PM
Crew will perform System upgrades and equipment replacement.
Note: these are estimate times and can be subject to change.
BC Hydro advice, Before the outage begins, turn off electric heaters, major appliances and unplug sensitive electronics to protect them from damage.
If you rely on electric medical equipment or access doors, have a plan to maintain use.
