BC Hydro has released notice on Friday, September 13th, 2024
Hydro has informed us of a planned 5-day outage for the Kitkatla area on each of the following days.
- Thursday, September 26th, 2024 from the hours of 11AM to 2PM
- Friday, September 27th, 2024 from the hours of 8AM to 5PM
- Saturday, September 28th, 2024 from the hours of 11AM to 7PM
- Sunday, September 29th, 2024 from the hours of 11AM to 4PM
- Monday, September 30th, 2024 from the hours of 8AM to 4PM
Crew will perform System upgrades, Note: these are estimated times and can be subject to change.
BC Hydro advice, Before the outage begins, turn off electric heaters, major appliances and unplug sensitive electronics to protect them from damage.
If you rely on electric medical equipment or access doors, have a plan to maintain use.
