On iPhone
- Tap the PDF link.
- Tap the Share button.
- Choose Save to Files.
- Open the saved PDF in:
- Adobe Acrobat Reader, or
- Apple’s Preview/Files app on supported iOS versions.
- Tap a form field and enter the information.
Apple supports filling PDF forms in Preview on newer iPhones, but some complex forms still work better in Adobe Acrobat.
On Android
- Tap the link and download the PDF.
- Open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader or Google Drive.
- In Google Drive, tap Edit form filling at the bottom.
- Complete the fields and save a copy.
